I decided to buy Teva Tea as it appeared to have some great reviews but also had featured in a well know UK newspaper, with good reports.
I payed42.02 with my bank card and for this i should have recieved 2 boxes, plus 1 free box of Teva Tea. Advertised as a weighloss product. The money was taken form my bank account the very next day, which i thought was very fast. Then After much searching on the internet i discovered, many people had payed for this Tea and had either not recieved it or had waited several weeks to get it. I then contacted Roduve healthcare by email, only to get an automated response tellling me they would be in touch to answer my questions etc.
I emailed them a number of times asking for details about the dispatch of my tea, with no actual response. Then today, i recieved a packet of weighloss patches in the post, along with the original invoice showing i had ordered Teva Tea and the amount 42.02.
I have sent them several emails today telling them what i recieved and asking for a refund but as yet have had no response at all. This company appear to work in a very strange way and i would suggest that people DO NOT order from them at all. I will not be happy until i get a full refund from this company, headed by a man names Tim Thurlings.
