They sent me a confirmation, deducted the money out of my account & did not return my money to my account

On May 2, I ordered liquid calcium from this company. I was sent a confirmation & $18.90 was deducted from my account that day. I waited for 3 days & then got on their website to check if the order had been shipped. I punched in my order number & it said that there is no record of this number. On Fri. May 6, I actually talked to a human being & was very upset & told them I want my money refunded immeditely.

I did not see my money back in my account on May 9. I triedto call the number that was provided on the site for customer service & got a recording saying that I could get on their websit & click on the help or contact option but there is no help or contact option on the said site. I called the number back & clicked on order option & got a lady in

Manail, Phillipines who could barely talk English & she tyold me to call customer service. That recording sent me back to the webiste to click CONTACT US WHICH IS NOT ON THE WEB SITE!!!
I am just getting the run-around from this company.
