Ordered sons school shoes, recieved a order number was told item would ship in 7 days. August 16 still not shipped! Website states "pending". Money already debited from my account on 8/2. The only way to contact them is email MSN: [email protected] Got no response from numerous messages sent. Also say can contact live chat support when you click this a box comes up with non english text and you can not text in the box! Called my bank to get phone number associated with the charge, there was not one.
