Ordered Alkazone 3 from this company and never got it. Their website has no contact information except a phone number.
When you call the phone number and press "1", they tell you that you have pressed "11". I kept doing it again until I got a recording that said to go to "help" or "contact us" on their website to resolve problems with orders, but there is no help or contact us.
Their website says they have live people answering the phone. Not the case. It said they were a trusted source. Also a lie. There is no way to resolve not getting the order.
The tracking number also did not work when trying to find the package. Avoid this company at all costs.
