Reported to the company's customer service that a Soft&Dri antipresperant product started leaking from the bottom at first use until it practically emptied out.
The call center agent promised replacment but the mail brought merely manfuacturer's cents-off coupon. When contacted again, another call center agent determined the product could not be replaced "because it had expired." When reminded that the product showed no expiration date, her answer was that "anyway, the manufacturer has no more responsibility once it sells the product to the store."
No information was supplied when the name and number of the CEO were requested.
