Dr's fee

I went Dr. Ronald A. Leoard office visit for regular schedule visit. Then his office charge my insurence $175.00. My insurence only cover $25.00. Then Dr. Office bill $150. But $70 for office visit regular. I call Dr's. Office, complaint this matter. They said it is normal, they are insurence. $175 they would charged $70 to patient directed. Is it normal pratice.
