I purchased a product from Fubao Health Store. After realizing that the product did not work as advertised, I contacted their customer service, to see about returning the product. The customer service agent told me to return the items, and I would receive a full refund. After shipping the items, I later received a credit back for $13.51, from my original purchase of $50.67. I contacted them about this, and they told me that they don't accept opened product, and that they charge a 20% re-stocking charge for un-opened product. They also said that the product I shipped to them could not be returned to me. Their customer service agent did not make me aware of any of these policies. If I had known what their policies were, I would have contacted the manufacturer directly for a return. Now, I have no product, and no money. Beware of Fubao Health Store, they do not know how to service their customers proiperly, and don't seem to care...
