Ripoff, defective product

I bought 1 XMA201 XiumAir 'Dish-Type' Antenna. My old TV antenna gave me better reception than this product.

Called, not on my home phone, and got an answer. They suggested a fix. It did not work. Called again, got a return number and sent product back via UPS.

They received it Aug 24 10:53 AM. I still do not have a refund and they do not answer their phone or their e-mail. It's April no answer yet.

Don't buy this product, the product is junk and the company is less than scrupulous!!!
