Reported to vendor that product was not received after 8 days. Vendor insisted that product was shipped. Checked with UPS and determined that UPS never scanned (picked up) the product. Contacted vendor repeatedly.
On each call to the vendor, they promise to call back and then fail to call. Last call to vendor, agent offers to transfer me to the shipping department and instead transfer me into the voicemail where there is no response.
20 days after vendor has accepted payment, the vendor agrees that I do not have my product but still refuses to ship the product I paid for.
