I thought this would be a great way to get my abs back. However, about a month after receiving my DVD they charged my account again for more than the original total.
I called the 800 number to talk to a customer service rep. After a few minutes of being on hold, I was disconnected. I submitted a web form, to which the only reply was an automatically generated email thanking me for my submission.
I have filed a dispute for the transaction with my bank. I WILL NOT pay this.
I should have checked this website before ordering. Guess I learned that lesson the hard way.
