I ordered the product and fully expected to pay for what I ordered. On my bank statement, I was charged twice for the one order. $53.96!!! I contacted customer service by email. I got a "canned" response that I had enrolled in an automatic shipment of future items. This was not what I had ordered. I explained that I was charged two same amounts on 7-31-08. I just received what I had originally ordered on August 4! However, I have already been charged for 2 shipments??? I sent a second (reply) email. I got the exact, word for word, response as I did from my first email. I then contacted Crunchless ABs by phone. I was told the same thing in almost the exact same words. Crunchless Abs boasts "satisfaction guaranteed". BS to that! I am out$53.96, the Boost supplements they sent do not work, and I haven't even had a chance to try the DVD. I would just like companies to treat customers like human beings and not like just another line on their profits!!!
