The worst experience I ever had orbitz.com

Firstly, I called up to make a hotel reservation. After being 15 minutes on hold for the booking, the customer service agent says that the room is no longer available and then he suggests a room for a higher price. I said no and asks him repeatedly whether my credit card has been charged or not and he says it has not been. Then after 2 days I found out from my bank account that I have been charged the amount. And when I called up at www.orbitz.com billing service I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes and then disconnected my call. And lo and behold when I tried to talk to an online customer agent at www.orbitz.com they didn't get back to me before 5 minutes. Wow. What a great customer service I have received from this treacherous website! If you value your money and your time never book online through www.orbitz.com. I have learnt a big lesson of my life!!
