My wife and i had to cancel our appointments due to a personal matter that came up unexpectadly, so we rescheduled for another day. Well, we got a bill from them, $75 for Angie, and $50 for me. We feel that we should not be charged for services that were never rendered. Since then we have changed to a new dentist, and thank God we did because our new dentist said they did bad work and we have the proof to prove it! We trusted these dentist's on what they told us and planned on taking their advice and having more work done. It just doesn't seem right for them to charge us for something that was never done, especially when you find out they do sub-par work! We really don't want to cause a big stink about this, all we want is for them to drop these charges and get them out of collections
