On December 17 I returned a phone call from someone at thsi company who left me a messege with a quote for coverage. I was told my diabetes supplies would be covered, all my doctors would be covered, no problem. I call my family physician, who is a relative of mine who informs me he has never heard of this company. However his name was on the provider list.
I phoned the company IMMEDIATELY to cancel the policy before my debti card was charged. Iw as told a manager would call me back within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I send them a fax explaining how I felt "swindled", that my physician had never heard of them and that I had researched them via internet and the reports were not good. They called back assuring me my infomation had been deleted out of their system and I would not be charged.
Please DO NOT trust these people! They are fast talkers and in a matter of 5 mintues will convince you and have your debit card number without giving you an opportunity to research them.
