Never accept monthly basis withdrawns from your account, when you want to cancel and return the kit - THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AGAIN EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL

On 1/28 I bought a "Body sculpting kit" from Winsor Piates which was going to be debited on a monthly basis to my acct. With my bank.
Everything was "ok" until March when I called Winsor Pilates to stop those debit into my acct. Since I was returning the "kit".
On April 13 Winsor Pilates DID make another debit to my acct., so I phoned them again and they promised me they will credit my acct., since this last debit overdrew the acct. They did in fact credit such acct. Until June 6, by the rate of the Branch odd fees, my acct. Reflected an odd balance.

4/13/06 I was charged for DVD after cancellation
4/22/06 The DVD was sent back - I have US Postal Service Certified Mail RECEIPT.
6/08/06 Money was returned to my acct. From DVD ONLY.

Over draft fees each day because refund wasn't returned on time.
