I have gotten a charge of 39.95 x 8 months. I emailed them to know avail. Last month i called them, i could not even find an acct w them, though the money is being taken out of my checking acct, when i put in my router # and acct # nothing comes up. I put my debit card # in and that was negative. When i called last month the person i spoke w could not find an acct for me, but she said it would be taken care of. I also called my bank and they said they would look into it. My acct was debited again this month on july 20!
