Beware all of you that want to try the Winsor Pilates Introductory offer. While ordering on the phone they try to sell you vitamins, magazines, and other "special offers", along with automatic renewals that go straight to your credit card. I told them I only wanted the TV offer of the 20 minute workout, and they said that all I would need to do is call the customer service number on the invoice to cancel the pilates workout subscription that "automatically" comes with ordering the first video. I did not appreciate the fact that when my workout DVD arrived it stated "For customer service call, 8am to 9pm... They did not see fit to provide me with a number to call and cancel. What a gimmick!
Of course, six weeks after my purchase, up pops a charge to my credit card for $46.00 for something I never authorized and was unable to cancel because of a PURPOSELY ommited Customer Service phone number.
What a bunch of dishonest, deceiving people! Well, I finally got the toll free number to call (listed next to the charge) and got another song and dance about not being able to cancel because the product was on it's way. When I demanded to speak with a supervisor, they told me I would have to call back the next day again to ask for the credit and get an RMA number!
I will never order from this company again! My advice to all those beginner Pilates people: go to your local health club and save yourself alot of headaches!!!
