I am not able to reach this company by phone to cancel any future shipments or request a refund

I ordered a trial shipment of Extreme Acai Berry and am now not able to reach this company to get a refund or to cancel any future shipments. When I dial the number 877-350-8480 the phone either hangs up before it will start ringing or I get a busy signal.
