1st. Closed acct. With auto draft protection still in forced was not told to close it. Which lead to over draft fees adding up. 100. S paid the amt. And still was charged by the bank if a creditor tried to collect on the acct. The bank would let it go though again which keeps the acct. Open remember acct was closed but the over draft was still in afect. Ok closed the over draft acct which by now is 7000.00 over the max alowedon the card which has over the limit fees over draft fees and penitilies of all kinds.
So as of 12-7 04 tried to close the master card acct that has the over draft but would not let me due to the payment is attached to it untill 12-8-04 placed enought money in there to cover it call the bank talk to banker which we are dealing with and the acct wan, t show till about 2 more so again placed 100.00 to cover if any off set may acure.
FORGOT TO MENTION THE MASTER CARD LADY WOULD NOT DIS CUSS THIS MATTER CAUSE THE ACCT. Was to be drafted 12-7-04 after mid nite. Which as of 12-08-04 still not paid yet
2. Problem bussines acct. Acct. Exsample 500.00in acct. But one check comes in for 450.00 covered but if three comes with the amt. Which would over draft the acct they reverse the 450.00 check and charge the acct. Which the three small amounts which was more to tack the overdraft fees to they would do this to charge each check the overdraft fee more times.
