In June of I requested that Marqilife discontinue automatic billing of my credit card. They e-mailed acknowledgment of this request, yet continued to bill my card and send me product. I continued to send the product back, and attempted amicable resolution by attempting to call the toll-free number provided on their web site. No one answered my calls. I disputed with my credit card company, and attempted once more to contact them. I sent Marqilife copies of the correspondence, and let them know that should they neglect to comply with my request, they would find themselves turned into the Better Business Bureau, credit card fraud organizations, and the Executive Carpet Bomb Consumer Advocacy Group. Below is their reply, which I received today. I'm unsure whether or not they are actually affiliated with Barmensen Laboratories (I doubt it), but intend to find out, and take appropriate action.
Thank you for your inquiry with Barmensen Laboratories.
We are currently collecting your funds at the moment. Please do not continue to e-mail our customer service center, we have no interest in serving your needs
and will continually delay your requests so we may charge your account further.
Once you have been charged we will do everything in our power to keep your monies; refunds are last on our list of priorities. Any attempt to contact a higher authority such as your credit card company, bank, or the better business bureau will be an exercise in futility. We will continue to do so until we have overdrawn your account to its maximum.
Please do not attempt to contact us as we do not care about your problems. Any subsequent response from us will be an effort to placate you to withdraw further
funds from your account.
Best regards,
