I called the 877 number the site said to call to cancel, along with e-mailing. Its amazing when it is suppose to show up in 24-48 hours for a sample, shows up weeks later and then you do what they say, and cancel and return it, how they tell you to, to get double charged. Get lied to, one person said they received the product back after that no one will admit it was received. They admit they billed a second time but didn't send anything. You can only talk to 2 different people, they are always unavailable - out to lunch or in a meeting. Can't talk to anyone higher than them. Supposedly have no record of emails, phone calls or faxes. Avoid talking to you. I have repeatedly tried for almost 6 months to get my money back to no avail. They say they don't credit from there and they put in the request each time you call but they have no control over it and no one can call you back since there are not out bound calls allowed.
Do not ever buy from this company.

I am going to try to dispute the charge now that I know how big of a scam this is, & hopefully I will not be out my $78.
