I too was ripped off I ordered the trial for $4.77 & after I received the bottle I called on 5/27/08 talked to Tiana & asked her to cancel my membership she said it was cancelled.
I looked at my credit card on line & find out they have me as a recurring customer charging me $54.72 saying thank you for asking to have our monthly shipments automatically billed to you
I called & cancelled (so I thought) & I also called the number & now all the sudden no one answers how convenient. This is a rip off. I am pissed
