Charged for nov. 06 order never received it

I was charged on novemer 9.06 for an order of nitetrim but still have not received it after talking to a rep.in december and canceling the whole thing they charged my credit card again not only am i out 49.95$but the price went up with no notifcation at all the december charge was 62.90us the person i spoke with today 01/08/07 said there was nothing they could do about the november shippmentthey gay me some tracking number lc614652520us this #is untrackable accroding to usps i called
