Design Savers Ripoff Plan Yet Another No Refund Victim

I am yet another refund victim of this fraudulant company. Four months after I was told I would get a refund, I'm still waiting. Everytime I call I get smiles and sympathy from them and assurances that "Oh yes, you'll get a refund. We don't know when, but you'll get it. It's all in the system and approved."
Just stringing people along counting on people just forgetting about it or dropping it.

I intend to file small claims against them. My guess is that they will pony up a settlement in a heart beat once that is done. That is how these fraudulant companies work. They deliberately stiff everyone knowing that only 1% of the victims will sue. That 1% they simply settle with and pay off. They still make a huge profit off of the 99% that doesn't sue.

Unless a large class action suit is started, this company will happily prey on people.
