Ripoff Still waitng for refund

Representative stated that I could request a refund after reviewing the plan specifics. After reviewing the plan I called and requested a refund. A week later I got a note telling me that I would need to request the refund in writing, which I did on January 24. I have yet to see my account credited. Apparently you can request a refund, you just won't get it.
