In dealing with this company since June, I am still trying to get a full refund from them. Wow what a scam this company has going. Where they rope you into this wonderful world where your health/dental care is discounted "over 60 percent in most caes", which in reality means that:
A. The dentist has never heard of the company known as "Design Savers Plan"
b. When you cancel the policy the very same afternoon that will still be billed for 2 months, and a refund won't be given to you because you have waited over 30 days to request one. Yet you cancelled the very same day. Oh, and they let you know 3 months later that you in fact have been paying them for the last few months.
C. You will deal with some very rude and unprofessional people.
D. You will battle to get your hard earned money back from some very shady business people/practices for months.
E. All of the above
By the way, this is no multiple choice, where you will be graded after the test. These are all symptoms that I, and many others have faced with "Design Savers Plan". Steer clear of this "business" at all costs.
