I purchased this so called consumer discount plan for my son who is in college and not covered under my insurance plan any longer. My son needed to go to an eye doctor for an examination and I called Design Savers Plan 888 number and was faxed a list of providers that supposedly work under this plan. Not one of the providers that were faxed to me accept or heard of this company. I have placed several calls to customer service and emails to Design Savers and no one has responded to my telephone messages or emails. Someone needs to put a stop to these fraudulent companies that rob the public with their double talk and lies.
