They got my money, and I got nothing. They are a rip off!

I made what I thought was an order. They sent me a confirmation letter with the number on it. I checked the status of my order and they claim order couldnt be processed. But guess what. They sure processed my credit card... I was ripped off. They wont answer the phone and their so called live chat... Is dead. No one is there. Don't fall for it.
