Deducted money from bank but will not ship order Ripoff

Ordered diet pills three weeks ago. Directdietpills.com deducted money from bank account two weeks ago. Talked with someone last week and was told pills were on order. No one will answer phone calls this week; nor will they respond to their "live chat" on their website. Want refund of money now.
