Well i waited about four months for my dental appointment with them. Cheryl called me today and wanted me to come in tomorrow for my appointment. O.K. I told her that i just qualified for medicaid, and she was faxed a copy of the letter stating so from my worker at department of human services. She got it and then told me over the phone that i was not qualified but that she would call the state hotline and ask them to make sure.
Then she comes back on the line with all this crazy stuff (that she obviously was making up right on the spot) and tells me that i dont have medicaid and she cannot accept me, etc. First she was telling me that she was not able to talk to anybody because the phones were all busy and then a minute later she says that she did talk to somebody.
I have no idea why this person would lie like she did. It makes no sense at all to me. Theyre supposed to be a low cost dental office that helps people with no dental coverage, etc.
I told cheryl that no way would i want someone like her working on my teeth, then i called her a damm liar and she hung up on me. Good!
I just cant make sense out of why this happened.???
Lies, lies, lies... I hate liars.
