On 12/19/06 I placed an online order with directdietpills.com
They sent an order receipt right away. The next day I checked my email and they sent me an email stating that I had sent them wrong information on my doctor's phone number (my bust) and I had 48 hours to reply. I called the number they had on their website and after being on hold for an hour I finally talked with someone (an employee) and asked him about my order, I gave him the correct number to my doctor and he (an employee) said he will go ahead and put the order through and to go ahead and reply to the email I received.
I replied to their email with the correct number to my doctor and the next day I received another email stating I sent wrong info. I called them again and have not to this day 1/9/07 had anyone to pick up on their end after being on hold for hours and listening to a recording saying "Your call is very important to us, please hold". I have sent several emails letting them know to cancel my order and refund my money back and that I have filed a dispute with my bank, but all I received back is them telling me they are sending out a non-prescription product which I have told them in an email that I do not want.
I have not received anything from this directdietpills.com people, but they have my money in the amount of $112.95. Beware of this website directdietpills.com they are a RIP OFF! Do not order from this company!
