I ordered a mini netbook on 12/10/10. The order was processed, the payment was processed, but the order never shipped. I've checked the order status updates daily since, and it is still showing "not shipped".
I've tried to reach this company by phone and live chat and left a phone# for callback to no avail.
I paid for priority processing, 2 year warranty and insured, expedited shipping and have heard or received nothing since the initial order almost two weeks ago.
This appears to be a sham/scam and needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!
