My husband ordered their free trial offer which was one bottle for shipping cost of 4.99.
Well one month later looking at the bank statement I see 44.90 and 24.00 both to this company. About week after that we get another bottle in the mail. I go to the bank statement and see that was for 44.90. The 24.00 was for membership to their fitnes website!
He has called, sent numerous emails all with no reponse. I have sent a final email with a threat for them to contact me within 5 business days (that would be by Thursday) or I was contacting a lawyer. We will see if I get a response.
I also had to call my bank and refute the charges as now their is another 44.90 charge today. And cancel my husbands cc. When you do this because you will have to (you can't reach anyone at this company) make sure to tell the bank any future charges are to be denied as fraudulant
