In May I had ordered the greatest vitamin in the world, and joined the affiliated program for $83.60. The next day I read the report about the company on the internet. I called to cancel and was told I had to speak to a certain individual who was not available at that time. Four days later, after I finally was able to speak to the person, I told him I wanted to cancel because of information I read about the owner. I was told that the product was already shipped, and I would have to refuse the order. I was also told that it would take 7 to 21 days before I could be issued a refund.
Everytime I call the company I would have to speak to a certain person, who was always not readily available. I have heard excuses such as it has to go through out accounting process, you were called but the number was bad, although I had left a number to call, we only had part of your order for a refund, we had to add the other part, the computers are down, it has went through the accounting process, now you should be receiving your refund in 7 to 10 days.
As of July 22, I have still not received my refund, on my latest call I was told the computers were down, and the answering service was taking calls.
The greatest vitamin in the world with Don Lapre is definitely a rip-off company!!!
