On June 6, I ordered a trial order of Ultra P/M from Ultra Life Fitness, Inc. With only paying for shipping in the amount of $4.87. This was only a trial order not a continued or re-orders of this product, just a trial.
On July 6, I made a deposit in my bank account and only to find that I am overdrawn and now have a NSF Fee Charge of $40.00.
Looking into this more I now find out that on July 5, Ultra Life Fitness has charged my account in the amount of $44.90. I did not authorize this withdraw.
Again, on July 8, I am again charged with another withdraw of the amount of $24.00, unauthorized, for some Ultra Life Fitness Membership that I did not sign-up for.
I have been calling the 1-800 number with never getting anything but recordings and a voice box which is always full.
I have made several purchases before I found out about these withdraws and more NSF Fee Charges will more than likely start appearing.
I was never told that they would charge my card again, and I never thought anymore about it since the product did not work and I was not going to re-order again.
I need to know what I can do about this company.
