After ordering UltraPM from Ultra Life Fitness, a pop up appeared stating I would be automatically billed monthly for additional shipments. I automatically responded by sending an email to Ultra Life Fitness as the website stated to do to cancel additional shipments. That was 2 months ago.
Today, July 19, a debit shows up on my bank account from UltraPM for 44.90. I have not received anymore shipments nor do I want them. The product is no more than a rip off and upon calling all phone numbers for the company to inquire about the charge to my account there is only a recording stating business hours and saying all reps are waiting on other customers & to call back.
I have canceled my debit card number through my bank and wish I would have read all the other rip off reports before I ordered this product. I have ordered other products from Ultra Fitness in the past and was satisified, but I will NEVER order from them again.
