I urge everyone to contact the Better Business Bureau. I currently have a complaint filed against ultralife with them. I wrote a rebuttal to ultralife's rebuttal catching them in a lie and the "BBB" is waiting for their reply, it's been 2 weeks since their rebuttal and my rebuttal. I feel that ultralife knows they have been caught so they aren't responding, but I am only 1 person. The "BBB' gave them until July 25th to answer before they make further actions. This is why everyone needs to do this so that the "BBB" can use their resources to shut down this deceiving, rude and unworthy product of a company. They need to see alot of complaints filed against ultralife in order for them to move on them.
When I first came to this site usacomplaints.com I couldn't believe my eyes when I read how all your stories match mine word for word. I can take my write up (complaint) to the "BBB" and pratically show a perfect match to your reports. Make sure you contact your bank or credit card co.
