I was in the auburn al. Vision center 1-31. I come in to order my contacts when I walked through the door the guy and the woman that work there look at me and keep talking. So when vision center associate (the woman) ask can I help you I said I would like to order some contacts she went and sit down at a desk she did say sit over here are anything I was standing at another desk and when I looked around to see where she had gone. When I walked to her desk I did not know if that was the desk that she would place my order at when I walked over there see did not tell me to sit at that desk so I sit down on my own she was talking the male associate and did not even look at me until they were done. She said what is your name I told her as she was looking me up she start talking again she asked for my name I told her she looked it up she then said your prescription has expired and you need to get your eyes exam again I told here that I just had that done about a month ago then she say it's not in here are sure that you have already had your exam she put my name in again and waited it said the same thing after she put my name in about 3 more times so when she get it pulled up she said what color I told her she said you use fresh look right I said no I use acuve 2 she said they don't make them any more I said ok then I asked her if I could look at the colors again she got up put it down. As I was looking I could see her eyes roll I then told her the ones that I wanted and as I was still siting there still looking she very fast took the sheet of the desk and I was still looking so she told me to meet her a another desk to ring me up I stood there she never even told me what my total was I had to look for I, t when I paid she just gave me a paper with my order on it and just walked away she made me fell like I had done something just because I had to order my contacts when she walked away she went in a room and shut the door the hole time in there I felt less then a person very, very rude
