I went into the clinic as a new patient to get an eye exam for glasses and contacts. They did the exam and gave me trial lenses. I could not go back as I was out of town so I called them to see if I could get my prescription for contacts. They then told me that if I did not purchase the contacts through them that they would charge me another $110.00, in addition to my exam charge of $240.00. If I purchases the contacts through them that the $110.00 would be waived. My insurance has always paid for the exam and contacts or glasses. Not this time because of the extreme charges and unethical practices.
