I have been trying to use this software unsuccessfully for 6 months now. There are no instructions on how to use the charts that are no longer in the format of a chart wizard. Many of the tools are hidden and the only way to find them is to do multiple internet searches for the information and if you are lucky you might find someone that has figured out how to do what you are trying to do. There is not support in place to help with the software unless of course you want to pay extra for "tech support". I am disgusted and very upset with this purchase. Not only that but it is not compatible with earlier versions of Microsoft office; which when trying to save assignments for classes that instructors or other members only have Microsoft 2003 makes it difficult for them to read or see the formatting. It also is impossible to alter the file after you have saved it to be compatible with 97 versions. If I were not required to have Microsoft Office tools for my MBA program I would get a refund.
I would recommend if at all possible Do Not Purchase This Software.
Nothing but problems.
