Purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student from Softwarestore on 28 June. Paid $75.00 through PayPal. Received product (CD and a Product Key) on 7 July.installed the software and it would not pass the Microsoft validation process. After much troubleshooting and calls to Microsoft support it was determined that Softwarestore is selling "Trial" versions of the Office 2007 software and "Trial" Product Keys. The software becomes useless when the trial period expires. Microsoft will provide the same product for free.
Have requested a Return Authorization (RA) code from Feifei Bai in 3 separate e-mails but I get no response. Please get the information out about this rip off scam being perpetrated by this company.
