I have purchased microsoft outlook which all downloaded well, they said I was a winning upgrade to a microsoft 2010 professional software, which I thought was a bit odd, but figured they probably had some arrangement with some cheap licences or something. The product is working fine, and I wanted to buy microsoft project when I noticed I couldn't find the page anymore. On my invoice I asked the support people at http://softwareCenterSupport.com/
where I could find the sales page and I was directed to

Which is odd. Why would they change their location? On the new site they have a guarantee of software authenticity and a microsoft partnership icon.
I guess I'll be waiting for the software licence to fail in the coming months...
Why hasn't Microsoft done something about this? Who looks after these kind of businesses? Is it outside of any jurisdiction?
