I bought a bedroom set last week, at $1,300 and mattress and box spring for $300 plus a $100 delivery fee. I get home and go online to take another look, and the set only cost $998 online! I go back to the store and they wont give me a refund of the $300 bucks only a store credit. So i pick out a dresser for my daughter and another nightstand for me. So finally at 6:30pm after being told it would be there between 8-4 my things get here. After they unload at least 10 huge boxes my husband helped them up the stairway with king mattress he signed and they left. Everything was fine until the very last box. My king size headboard is broken! Can you believe after spending a total of 1,700 in the West Baltimore store they told me because I signed for it there's nothing they can do!!! They said the customer service office will contact us but they haven't and when I call I get a busy signal. I've called 35 times today!!! Don't buy anything from them!!!
