I purchased a king-size box spring and mattress. The mattress was damage. Price Busters refused to replace the mattress because there policy is to inspect the merchandise. The delievery guys struggled to get this mattress upstairs. Therefore, I told them I would take the plastic off and I gave one of the guys a soda. I was not aware of their policy until all this happen. I went in the store, I telephoned, and when to the store, again. Finally, they gave me a delivery date for another mattress (11/7). I waited all day. No one came and no one from the store called. Simply put, when I buy something NEW, I am trusting I do not expect it to be damage. Afterall, I did not get this from a second hand store. As a reult, I am stuck with a damage mattress. I have no where to turn and I do not know what to do? I can't make them give me another mattress? Please help
