The Brick
I hate Brick and their worse customer service

I bought a faux sofa and love seat from Brick. The sales person convinced me to buy warranty along with it as it will cover all rips, cracks, cuts etc.
After a year, the leather start cracking and now when i call them to repair it they are saying, the warranty covers for only real leather.
Very disappointed and mad at them
They will never get any business from me ever again
