My husband and I went to another store plus shopped online before going to The Dump for a King Mattress. The other store told us that if we could find the same mattress for a lower price they would give us a 20% discount.
We found a mattress that was $200 lower than the store we visited. We told the salesperson about the deal and he asked "how are you going to prove this mattress is $200 lower because we won't give you an estimate in writing" I told him that I would just take a pic from my camera phone. He told me "It's against the law to take a picture of a bed in a store" I could not believe my ears. Then he went on to spew ridiculous accusations about the other store.
He was the rudest sales person I ever met. He went on to tell me that the other store tells their customers that their kids wont be able to eat if a mattress is not purchased. He told me how they lie about the 20% discount when I personally know a friend who got the 20% discount.
Then he tried to make an extra $100 because he said the $999 mattress was on sale for $200 off so we could have it for $900 when in actuality it should of been $800. I will never shop there again.
