Furniture was messed up at the factory and I can't get anyone that cares enough to try and resolve the issue

This type of person RUDE! I can not think how I'm handled about the telephone everytime I contact them. Furniture was all messed up in the manufacturer and that I can't-get anyone who cares enough to solve the problem! I'd spend two times as much for that furniture not to need to cope with these folks. PLEASE store elsewhere... FOR THE benefit.
