The furniture that I purchased is of very poor quality with numerous defects. The store's response was to send a technician to "make it look like new furniture". He was able to do some cosmetic work that makes the defects less evident, but was not able to really solve the problem. The ironic thing about this is that everyone that I have dealt with at Ashely seems to assume that the furniture will have defects. I was told that "this is the way that it comes from the manufacturer" as if the consumer just needs to accept poor quality. I was planning to purchase more furniture from Ashley but will never again even think of doing so.
