I purchased the Northshore Furniture Living Room set from coleman furniture New York. The delivery company damaged the sofa and loveseat and table. They took the furniture back to repair. The leather on the sofa is badly damaged as the professional person that repaired it damaged it more. Coleman Furniture says the manufacturer, in this case, Ashley furniture, has reviewed the product and is up to Ashley standards. I know that this is not the case. Coleman is charging me 25% restocking fee plus shipping fees maybe if I return the damaged furniture that I was not liable for. Can anything be done to solve this issue?
