I'm completely disgusted with this particular organization. These seats, purchase quantity: A42044 were delivered to me lined in dirt and muck, by no means must these have now been sent to some client within this dirty condition. I popped one set and invested 2 hours washing them. After I tried them with my desk I realized these were too big and determined I'd need to return them (as assured after I bought them.) Alfresia agrred for this by really addressing a contact. It was organized by ParcelForce who gathered them on the15/06/09. I've evidence these were shipped and authorized for by N. Webster about the 17/06/09. I used 2 hours covering these, today clear seats, to deliver also it cost me £23 to come back them. Since that time I've repeatedly sent the support division to demand verification of reimbursement.incidentally, I NEVER obtained the pillows togo with one of these seats therefore the purchase was never finished. I've had a few emails in the organization, after pestering the support department with my very own e-mails, to say this could be investigated. Nevertheless, nothing because the 26/06/09 which is DIFFICULT to telephone them. If anyone can provide me their Managing Directoris contact range I'd be thankful. Our suggestion is DON'T purchase out of this team if you don't are SURE the products is going to be ideal. Very frustrating.
